Food Journaling is an excellent way to remain accountable and stick to your program! Studies show that if we know we are going to write it down we are much less likely to indulge in those foods that prevent us from feeling and looking our best! Grab a notebook and begin writing down what you eat and at what times you eat it. This will also allow us to get a better idea of what is going on and how we can continue to help you progress.
